We are located in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood at Newbury Street & Dartmouth Street, above Bonobos. Take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor.

Orders can be made online for shipping or in studio pick up.
There is plenty of street parking in the Back Bay neighborhood with meters. Just make sure to give yourself plenty of time to find a parking spot.
If you’re short on time, we suggest valeting at The Lenox Hotel on the corner of Exeter and Boylston ($35). It’s about a five minute walk from the hotel to MLA.
The easiest way for you to book your appointment is through our Vagaro booking site. We also share any last-minute available appointments on our instagram which are first come, first served.
If your preferred date/time is not available please add yourself to our waitlist via Vagaro. If that preferred date/time should open up, Vagaro will automatically notify you that the time is now available for you to book an appointment.
A consultation is not required for first time clients. However, you are able to book one if you would like a consult prior to your first service.
You can also book a consult if you’d like dedicated time to talk through updating your current product regimen without getting a facial treatment.
Meredith is currently not taking new clients. Please schedule with one of our amazing aestheticians, Sabrina or Julia. Both were trained and mentored by Meredith extensively. Meredith sees both regularly for her own facial treatments.
Canceling or rebooking your service more than 48 hours in advance of your appointment can be done through Vagaro.
If you are canceling or rebooking within 48 hours of your appointment, you can login into Vagro and select ‘cancel appointment’. Cancelation fees will be incurred - please see our detailed cancelation policy below.
Because we are a small-business we do have a strict cancellation policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation when it comes to cancellation fees in order to keep things operating smoothly!
We require at least 48 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Notice given less than 48 hours will be subject to a 50% fee of the booked service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in a 100% fee of the booked service.
We will make an effort to fill your time slot and if we are successful we will not charge a cancellation fee. We never enjoy enforcing this policy, but by booking an appointment at MLA, you agree to this cancellation policy and authorize us to charge your credit card on file for any cancellation fees.
All service sales and gift card sales are final.
It is okay to get neurotoxins, fillers, laser treatments immediately following a facial. You should wait 7-14 days after neurotoxins, fillers, laser treatments, based on your provider's instructions.
Purchasing Product
Products can be purchased directly on our website to be shipped to you or you can email Hello@mlaesthetics.comif you would like us to get products ready to be picked up. We also take walk-ins if you are in the neighborhood!
We do not offer refunds on products unless an allergic reaction occurs. In the rare case, please immediately reach out to our staff along with photos of your reaction. If a return is necessary, the product must be returned within 15 days of the purchase.
