Owner & Master Aesthetician
Meredith has been in facial aesthetics for over 20 years. She has worked for both plastic surgeons and dermatologists and most recently with a group of integrative practitioners. This has allowed her to formulate a holistic and therapeutic approach in her facial treatments. Meredith's goal is to educate her clients about their best skin practices tailored to their individual needs.
Meredith Lane Aesthetics is founded in customized, result-driven treatments. Meredith focuses on various skin concerns; teen and adult-onset acne, anti-aging and prevention, pigmentation/ melasma and skin sensitivities. As your skin is ever-changing based on lifestyle, diet, stress and hormones, your treatment is tailored to your skin on the day of your visit. Meredith believes strongly in the relationship between your gut health and your skin working closely with various wellness practitioners.
She appreciates that clients are making an investment in their skin with each visit and makes it her mission to ensure that her facials result in her specialty; a signature jaw-dropping glow.
With over 20 years experience in aesthetics, Meredith has created and tailored a unique set of modalities and tools that comes with every MLA facial. Every aesthetician at MLA goes through a rigorous 12+ month apprenticeship with Meredith to ensure that they have perfected the MLA technique and education that encompasses the MLA facial.

Morgan Carello,
Aesthetician
Morgan is a skilled Licensed Aesthetician with a passion for helping clients achieve their best look and feel. Raised in New York, Morgan initially pursued a career as an executive assistant in New York City. However, she soon realized her true calling was in the field of esthetics.
Morgan began her esthetics journey by earning her fundamental esthetics degree from the Aveda Institute in Minneapolis. She then went on to received her advanced practice esthetics degree from The Institute of Advanced Aesthetics in Minnetonka, MN.
After a few years honing in on her skills in the medical aesthetics space, Morgan joined Meredith Lane Aesthetics. She is deeply committed to providing personalized care and achieving exceptional results for her clients. Morgan's passion for the beauty industry and her dedication to staying at the forefront of the latest techniques ensure that each client receives the highest standard of care and attention.
Mabel Bender Kerr
Aesthetician
Mabel is a talented esthetician with a true passion for skincare, science, and helping clients look and feel their best. After a career as an Account Manager in tech, she followed her heart and lifelong passion for beauty, earned her esthetician license, and never looked back.
Mabel actually got her start at MLA as a client of Morgan's, spending a year in her chair getting facials and prepping for her own wedding. She fell so in love with the studio along the way that she knew she had to be part of the team.
With a strong background in science, Mabel brings a genuine curiosity to her work, always digging into the "why" behind every treatment and product recommendation. Understanding the science means better results and more confidence in your skincare investments.
Mabel is especially passionate about skincare education, helping clients cut through the noise and confusion in the skincare world—so every appointment leaves you feeling informed, empowered, and glowing.
Brittany Musto, Biologique Recherche
Lead Aesthetician
Brittany is a talented aesthetician, trusted and loved by clients for her tailored approach to skincare. She is the Biologique Recherche expert at Meredith Lane Aesthetics, bringing the brand’s signature techniques to MLA clients to create unforgettable experiences and results.
Early on, Brittany established a strong foundation in hospitality by working in the fashion and restaurant industries. She then attended the venerable Catherine Hinds Institute, focusing her passion and talents into the art of skincare. With her finely-honed talents and touch, she excels at helping people understand and treat their skin holistically.
Brittany is deeply knowledgeable and skilled in MLA’s luxury products and personalized approach. She has spent years immersed with Biologique Recherche; first using the products herself and then as part of the opening team at the brand’s second U.S. location in Boston. Brittany treats every face with exceptional care, attention, and precision. Outside of the studio, Brittany can be found practicing yoga, skiing, or anywhere near the beach.
Lindsay Shaughnessy
With over a decade of experience at a Level I Trauma Center, Lindsay has spent her career working side by side with surgeons, dermatologists, and burn specialists; helping patients heal, recover, and regain confidence in their own skin. Her approach blends deep clinical expertise with genuine compassion, bringing both skill and heart to every patient she cares for. Beyond the scrubs, she’s a devoted shoe lover and collector, with a wardrobe that spans everything from vintage Prada to the latest season of The Row. Her work and style share the same philosophy: precision, beauty, and care in every detail. If she’s not researching new skin care then you can find her walking her Border Collie mix, Pepper, or reading a good book! She’s so excited to join the team and bring her knowledge from the Surgical Trauma ICU to MLA
